Casey Family Programs is partnering with the Luskin School of Public Affairs, UCLA to evaluate the 2021 CLS assessment across a diverse population of young adults. This study will ensure the updated toolkit continues to be a valid and reliable measure of life skills for a wide array of young adults, and that it continues to be a useful tool for child welfare practitioners as they support youth’s transition to adulthood. We are asking agencies to participate in this study by administering the standard assessment and then submitting the de-identified data to the UCLA research team.
